We welcome all the new pupils who have joined our school this year and welcome back all of our existing pupils.

Our wish for you is that you will be very happy in Scoil Mháthair Dé and we want you all to achieve to the best of your ability and reach your full potential.

We are a diverse school community from many countries and share many cultures, languages, traditions and religions. We are all equal and we are all very happy to belong to the community that is Scoil Mháthair Dé.

We ask you to always try your best, be kind to everybody and show good example.  In Scoil Mháthair Dé we always keep our school rules and we are all proud of our school and proud of our pupils. It is very important to us that we all respect each other.

Mid-Term 18th and 19th

 Our school will be closed on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th February for Mid-Term break. School will reopen on Monday February 22nd at 9am.  The school will also be closed on Friday Feb 26th for the General Election as the school is being used for voting.

Pupil Absence

If your son/daughter cannot come to school you must tell the school and say why. Please write a short note to the teacher saying why your child was out of school and send it in on their return to school. Schools are obliged by law under the Education (Welfare) Act 2000 to report attendance

Beauty and the Beast: A Show!
