We are a diverse school community from many countries and share many cultures, languages, traditions and religions. We are all equal and we are all very happy to belong to the community that is Scoil Mháthair Dé.

GRADUATION 2016

Congratulations to all the pupils in 6th class who graduated from Scoil Mháthair Dé on Tuesday June 28th. The pupils have completed their time in 6th class and are all moving on to their new secondary schools in September. We wish them happiness and success going forward. We are very proud o

WELL DONE 5TH CLASS!

Well done to the cycling team from 5th class who won 2nd prize in the Safe Cycling Competition held in the University of Limerick recently. We are very proud of you all!  

Summer Holidays 2016

SECOND-HAND BOOKS/UNIFORMS

 Parents who wish to buy second-hand school books and second-hand uniforms will have the opportunity to do so at a date to be confirmed towards the end of the month of June. Watch this space!

BOOK RENTAL SCHEME 2016

 Forms for the Book Rental Scheme have been issued recently to all pupils. If you are interested in joining the scheme or indeed continuing in the scheme you are kindly asked to have completed forms and correct money returned in an envelope to the class teacher by the latest May

NEW JUNIOR INFANT CLASS

 An information meeting for the parents of pupils beginning in Junior Infants in September will be held in the school hall on Thursday June 2nd at 2.00pm. An invitation and forms will issue in the post to all parents in the coming days. We look forward to meeting with you!
